The invention of the invention relates to the t-technology for the manufacture of rotor pole poles, alternating-current transformers and can be used in the manufacture of electrical machines. A known method of manufacturing a pole of an alternator rotor, including a piece of a zipindric billet, its stamping and mechanical processing. The disadvantage of the known method is the high power of the pressing equipment used for the rotor pole shafts of a predetermined and complex configuration from a cylindrical billet. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the capacity of the pressing equipment. The goal is achieved by the method of manufacturing a rotor of an alternator, including a segment of a cylindrical billet, its stamping and machining; the claws of the stupas are bent at a right angle to the end of the central cylindrical boss. The method of manufacturing the pole of the alternator is as follows: When performing the first operation, a cylindrical billet 1 of a given size (Fig. 1) is cut off from the rod. The disc-shaped part 2 (Fig. 2). Then the disc-shaped part is processed and molded on the base 3 of a cylindrical bobka 4 and protrusions 5. the part shown in Figures 7 and 8 is obtained. In the sixth operation, the clawed protrusions are bent at a right angle to the end of the central cylindrical bob (Figs 9 and 10), after which the calibration operation is carried out (Fig. 11 and 12). After that, the part is subjected to final processing to obtain the specified dimensions (Fig. 13 and 14). The invention makes it possible to reduce the power of the press equipment in the manufacture of the rotors of the alternators. CPU 3.8j

Claims (1) [1] METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE POLE OF THE ROTOR OF THE AC GENERATOR, including trimming the cylindrical billet and its stamping and machining, characterized in that, in order to reduce the power of the press equipment, when stamping the billet, they first form a disk-shaped part, then form claw-like protrusions and a central cylindrical boss bevels on claw-like protrusions, after which the claw of different protrusions is bent at right angles to the end face of the central cylindrical boss.
